Friday, May 30^th – All organizations must return their Annual Meeting Attendee form AND Team Declarations through the form sent out AND Initial 50% deposit of league fee for each team due

Sunday, June 1^st – Meeting Attendees will receive the Zoom Link Information

Wednesday, June 4^rd – EJEPL Annual Meeting - 11:00am via Zoom

Friday, June 6^th  – Latest date to make a change to Team Declarations

Monday, June 9^th – Organization Directory Information Sheet due through Google Form

Monday, June 16^th – All organizations will receive their Youth Diamond and Midget 2025-2026 Loose Game Schedule Grids

Tuesday, July 1^st  – August Showcase Hotel Buttons / Links will be live on the EJEPL Website via the Traveling Teams Button

Friday, July 11^th – Remaining 50% league fee payment for each team due to League Commissioner

Monday, July 14^th – All organizations must submit their Youth Diamond and Midget 2025-2026 Loose Game Schedule Templates to the Director of Statistics

Thursday, July 24^th – All organization will receive their GameSheet Invitation Codes to begin uploading their team rosters

Friday, July 25^th – Latest date August Showcase Schedule will be released

Monday, August 11^th – Full August Showcase payment due for each team to League Commissioner

Friday, August 29^th - All organizations will receive their Youth Futures 2025-2026 Loose Game Schedule Grids

Friday, September 12^th - All organizations must submit their Youth Futures 2025-2026 Loose Game Schedule Templates to the Director of Statistics
