Friday, May 22^nd – All organizations must return their Annual Meeting Attendee form AND Team Declarations through the Google Form sent out & Initial 50% deposit of league fee for each team due

Monday, May 25^th – Meeting Attendees will receive the Zoom Link Information

Wednesday, May 27^th – EJEPL Annual Meeting

Friday, May 29^th – Latest date to make a change to Team Declarations

Monday, June 8^th – Organization Directory Information Sheet due through Google Form

Monday, June 15^th – All organizations will receive their 10U-14U Diamond and 15U-18U Diamond and Futures Loose Game Schedule Grids

Wednesday, July 1^st – August Showcase Hotel Buttons / Links will be live on the EJEPL Website via the Traveling Teams Button

Friday, July 10^th – Remaining 50% league fee payment for each team due to League Commissioner

Monday, July 20^th – All organizations must submit their 10U-14U Diamond and 15U-18U Diamond and Futures Loose Game Schedule Templates to the Director of Statistics

Thursday, July 23^rd – All organization will receive their GameSheet Invitation Codes to begin uploading their team rosters

Monday, July 27^th – Latest date August Showcase Schedule will be released

Monday, August 10^th – Full August Showcase payment due for each team to League Commissioner

Friday, August 28^th – 30^th – August Showcase

Monday, August 31^st – Organizations with 10U-14U Gold and Silver teams should contact the league if they would like their team’s division switched

Friday, September 4^th - All organizations will receive their 10U-14U Futures Gold and Silver Loose Game Schedule Grids

Friday, September 18^th - All organizations must submit their 10U-14U Futures Gold and Silver Loose Game Schedule Templates to the Director of Statistics
